Moving to NetSuite from an external site, we needed to make the look as close as possible. The header contains promotional info, search box, our Mini Cart, and a custom dropdown navigation replacing NetSuite's left navigation. Home page has animations, news feed, shop by category and animated cells.

The item detail page contains all the data the customer needs to make a purchase decision. Optionally, additional options can be added to the cart at the same time, making additional sales easier. Additional images and a customization portfolio complete the page. And a popup message appears when an item is added to the cart, no matter how far down the page has scrolled.

The shopping cart, checkout and customer center use SCA for SiteBuilder (Vinson) set up as single page checkout with a few customizations; including displaying an image of the exact matrix item options you selected. During checkout the site header changes to focus on the checkout process only until the confirmation screen appears, and then the normal site header appears.
